The dream of opening a law firm began when I applied for law school. My goal was to get experience as an associate attorney for several years and then eventually transition into my own practice.

My first attorney position was at a firm in Monterey County where I built an estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration practice from the ground up. That practice grew to serve hundreds of clients in multiple counties.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I began to explore the natural beauty of the California’s Central Coast. I discovered the sublime beauty of Big Sur and Big Basin. I began hiking and exploring these areas to create a better work-life balance. While on adventures in Big Sur, I took time to reflect, meditate, and manifest my life’s next chapters and how to ultimately start this law firm. I decided to take a position in the Bay Area to increase my experience as an attorney and build my network. After several years of doing so and a few more trips to Big Sur, I knew it was time to begin the adventure of opening my own law firm.

When you visit our office or look over our website, you will see references to Big Sur. We think of our office as Big Sur in the big city. Our hope is that the same serenity and tranquility that is experienced in Big Sur can be felt in our office. Clearer heads make better decisions. We invite you to visit our office.
